When to Use This Template

- You’ve sent an initial email but received no response
- 7-10 business days have passed since your last communication
- You want to gently remind without appearing desperate or annoying
- You’re following up on a meeting request, proposal, or inquiry
- The relationship is still being established (not yet warm)
