Welcome to Your Dashboard
Section titled “Welcome to Your Dashboard”After successfully creating your organization, the dashboard is your central command center for managing all B2B2G marketing activities. This page provides a comprehensive overview of your service provider operations.

Dashboard Layout

Troubleshooting Dashboard Issues

Solution:
- Check internet connection
- Clear browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete)

- Disable browser extensions temporarily

Issue: Metrics Not Updating

Solution:
- Click refresh button (circular arrow icon)
- Check date range filter settings
- Log out and log back in
- Verify data in specific sections (Clients, Campaigns)
- Contact support if data is definitely outdated
Issue: Missing Widgets

Solution:
- Click Customize Dashboard
- Check if widgets are toggled off
- Reset to default layout
- Verify your user role has access to those widgets
- Contact admin if widgets should be visible
