⏰ 1 Day Before

• Verify login works (password: mgslg2025)
• Check all dashboards load:
  • Homepage
  • Interactive Dashboard
  • ML Analytics
  • SACE Dashboard
  • Reports
• Test filters:
  • Province dropdown
  • District dropdown (for Gauteng)
  • Date range filters
• Generate a test PDF report
• Read through DEMO_GUIDE.md
• Practice the demo flow (15-20 minutes)

🌅 Morning of Demo

• Test internet connection
• Open production URL in browser
• Clear browser cache
• Login and verify everything works
• Have backup plan (local version ready: ./start_local.sh)
• Charge laptop fully
• Have demo guide printed/on tablet

📽️ 30 Minutes Before

• Test presentation screen/projector
• Verify audio (if presenting remotely)
• Close unnecessary browser tabs
• Open only these tabs:
  1. Homepage
  2. Dashboard
  3. ML Analytics
  4. SACE Dashboard
  5. DEMO_GUIDE.md (for reference)
• Disable notifications
• Set browser to full screen mode
• Have water nearby!
