SANSA Partnership Proposal

Educator Professional Development Platform for Vision 2030

Section titled “Educator Professional Development Platform for Vision 2030”

Prepared for: Mr. Dan Matsapola (STEM EBSI) Mr. Thandile Vuntu (Education Programs) South African National Space Agency (SANSA)

Prepared by: iSu Technologies (Pty) Ltd Nhlanhla Mnyandu, Director

Date: January 2026

Following our productive meeting on December 3, 2025, iSu Technologies is pleased to present a partnership proposal to support SANSA’s ambitious Vision 2030: producing 450,000 STEM entrepreneurs, investors, and wealth creators across South Africa.

Our Approach: Working Software, Not Promises

Section titled “Our Approach: Working Software, Not Promises”

We take a different approach from traditional vendors. Rather than presenting PowerPoint slides and making promises, we build working systems that demonstrate exactly what you’ll receive.

For SANSA, we propose:

  1. Discovery Phase: Understand Thandile’s workshop requirements and Dan’s Vision 2030 metrics
  2. Prototype Development: Build a working demonstration platform with SANSA branding
  3. Live Presentation: Show you the system in action with realistic data
  4. Informed Decision: You see exactly what you’re buying before committing

This approach reduces your risk and proves our capability - not with words, but with working software.

SANSA’s vision is revolutionary: produce 450,000 STEM entrepreneurs, investors, and wealth creators by 2030, shifting South Africa from “people at work” to “money at work.”

This isn’t just space education - it’s economic transformation through entrepreneurial mindset development, starting with educators who shape 13.5 million learners across 25,000 schools.

A1: Wealth Creation Building, creating, and buying assets - shifting from “people at work” to “money at work”

A2: Financial Literacy Understanding income statements, balance sheets, tax optimization; Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Poor Dad principles

A3: Investing “The lower the risk, the higher the growth” - the inverse relationship; investing time, money, and talents

A4: Entrepreneurship Cashflow Quadrant right side (Business Owner, Investor); EBSI model progression; levels 1-7 mentorship

Based on our December meeting, SANSA needs:

For Thandile (Education Programs):

  • Workshop management system for quarterly CETA-accredited training
  • Educator registration and attendance tracking
  • Certificate generation and credit recording
  • Impact measurement beyond attendance

For Dan (Strategic Leadership):

  • Progress tracking toward 450,000 STEM entrepreneurs
  • District-level performance visibility (52 districts)
  • ROI demonstration for stakeholders
  • Early warning for underperforming programs

1. We Build First, Then Present

Most vendors show presentations and make promises. We build working systems and show you exactly what you’ll receive. This is how we approach every opportunity.

2. Enterprise-Grade Capability

AssessFlow demonstrates we can build complex, production-ready software:

  • 40+ documentation files
  • Mobile + Web + Backend
  • ML analytics integration
  • Enterprise architecture

3. Government Partnership Experience

Our Dube TradePort partnership proves government entities trust us for critical infrastructure. We understand public sector requirements, procurement, and compliance.

4. South African Context

We’re based in South Africa, understand local requirements, and build for African infrastructure realities (offline capability, mobile-first, multilingual potential).

5. Vision Alignment

We’re not just building software - we share SANSA’s belief that education transforms economies. This is a partnership, not a transaction.

Your ConcernOur Answer
”Will it actually work?”See it working in prototype first
”Can you handle the scale?”AssessFlow architecture handles 100K+ records
”Do you understand our needs?”Prototype based on your specific workflows
”What if it fails?”Proven technology, phased deployment, ongoing support

Proposed Date: Week of January 13-17, 2026 Duration: 60-90 minutes Format: Virtual or in-person at SANSA offices

Agenda:

  1. Review this proposal and gather feedback
  2. Clarify Thandile’s workshop requirements
  3. Understand Dan’s Vision 2030 metrics priorities
  4. Discuss prototype scope and timeline
  5. Align on next steps

January 2026:

  • Prototype development (iSuTech)
  • Requirements documentation

Late January/February 2026:

  • Live prototype demonstration
  • Feedback and iteration

February/March 2026:

  • Investment discussion (with prototype as reference)
  • Contract negotiation (if proceeding)
  • Procurement process

Q2 2026:

  • Pilot deployment
  • First workshops using platform

To prepare effectively, it would help if you could share:

  1. Workshop Details: Thandile’s vision for quarterly workshops (target audience, topics, frequency)
  2. Current Systems: Any existing educator databases or tracking methods
  3. CETA Requirements: Accreditation workflow documentation
  4. Success Metrics: How Dan would measure Vision 2030 progress
  5. Stakeholders: Who else should be involved in discovery?

Dan’s presentation challenged us to “Solve for X. Everyday Is Payday. Flip the Script.”

Here’s how iSu Technologies solves for X:

X₁: How do we track 460,000 educators toward transformation? → Purpose-built platform with EBSI progression and Four Accelerators integration

X₂: How do we know it will actually work? → Working prototype demonstration before commitment

X₃: How do we prove space education creates wealth creators? → Analytics dashboard measuring real outcomes, not just attendance

X₄: How do we find a technology partner we can trust? → Partnership with proven capability (AssessFlow, Dube TradePort) and “show, don’t tell” approach

We’re ready to build something that makes Vision 2030 measurable, achievable, and provable.
