Welcome to ThriveSend
Section titled “Welcome to ThriveSend”ThriveSend B2B2G is South Africa’s first POPIA-compliant B2B2G marketing platform designed for service providers who serve both business and government clients.
This guide will walk you through your first steps with ThriveSend.
Accessing ThriveSend
Section titled “Accessing ThriveSend”Landing Page
Section titled “Landing Page”Navigate to the ThriveSend application:
- Production: https://thrivesend.isutech.co.za
- Development: http://localhost:3000

Creating Your Account
Section titled “Creating Your Account”Step 1: Sign Up
Section titled “Step 1: Sign Up”Click the “Sign Up” button on the landing page.

Step 2: Enter Your Details
Section titled “Step 2: Enter Your Details”Fill in the registration form:

Step 3: Verify Your Email
Section titled “Step 3: Verify Your Email”- Check your email inbox for verification email from ThriveSend
- Click the verification link
- You’ll be redirected back to ThriveSend

Signing In
Section titled “Signing In”For Existing Users
Section titled “For Existing Users”If you already have an account:
- Click “Sign In” on the landing page
- Enter your email and password
- Click “Sign In” button

Forgot Password?
Section titled “Forgot Password?”- Click “Forgot Password?” link on sign-in page
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for password reset link
- Follow the instructions to reset your password

First-Time Login Experience
Section titled “First-Time Login Experience”Automatic Redirect to Onboarding
Section titled “Automatic Redirect to Onboarding”After your first successful login, you’ll be automatically redirected to the organization setup page.
Why? ThriveSend requires every user to belong to a service provider organization before accessing the platform features.

What Happens:
- ✅ Your user account is created in Clerk
- ✅ You’re authenticated with a secure session
- ⏳ Organization needs to be created (next step)
- ⏳ Full access to dashboard pending organization setup
Authentication Security
Section titled “Authentication Security”Security Features
Section titled “Security Features”ThriveSend uses Clerk for enterprise-grade authentication:
✅ Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - Optional, recommended for enhanced security
✅ Session Management - Automatic timeout after 30 minutes of inactivity
✅ Secure Password Storage - Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
✅ Email Verification - Required to prevent fake accounts
✅ Organization Isolation - Complete data separation between service providers
POPIA Compliance
Section titled “POPIA Compliance”Your authentication data is:
- Stored in South African data centers
- Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest
- Logged for audit purposes (login events tracked)
- Subject to SA data protection laws (POPIA)
Troubleshooting Sign Up/Sign In
Section titled “Troubleshooting Sign Up/Sign In”Issue: Email Verification Link Expired
Section titled “Issue: Email Verification Link Expired”Symptom: Verification link shows “Link expired” error
Solution:
- Go back to sign-in page
- Enter your email and password
- Click “Resend verification email”
- Check your inbox for new verification link
Issue: Password Requirements Not Met
Section titled “Issue: Password Requirements Not Met”Symptom: “Password must be at least 8 characters” error
Solution: Ensure your password meets these requirements:
- At least 8 characters long
- Contains at least one uppercase letter
- Contains at least one lowercase letter
- Contains at least one number
Issue: Email Already in Use
Section titled “Issue: Email Already in Use”Symptom: “Email already registered” error
Solution:
- If you already have an account, use “Sign In” instead
- If you forgot your password, use “Forgot Password?” link
- If you believe this is an error, contact support
Issue: Can’t Receive Verification Email
Section titled “Issue: Can’t Receive Verification Email”Symptom: Verification email not arriving
Solution:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify you entered the correct email address
- Wait a few minutes (emails can be delayed)
- Click “Resend verification email” on the sign-in page
- If still not received, contact support
