When to update:

  • Quarterly market reviews
  • When significant industry changes occur
  • Before strategic planning sessions

After completing a project:

  1. Create lessons learned document
  2. If successful, create case study (with client permission)
  3. Extract best practices for future use
  4. Share insights with team

Monthly:

  • Review and update industry research
  • Add new best practices discovered
  • Archive outdated information

For new team members:

Before starting new project:
