What happens if I exceed my document or user limit? You’ll receive a notification. Existing data remains accessible, but new uploads are paused until you upgrade.
Are AI credits shared across my organisation? Yes. All users in an organisation share the same credit pool.
What happens to my data if I cancel? Your data is retained for 30 days. You can export documents and reports during this period. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
