ConformEdge Demo for Theory — Tailored Script

ConformEdge Demo for Theory — Tailored Script

Section titled “ConformEdge Demo for Theory — Tailored Script”

Theory is an ISO consulting firm. This demo emphasises the multi-tenant consulting model — how a firm like Theory can manage all their client organisations from a single ConformEdge account, with AI doing the heavy lifting on document classification and gap analysis.

Duration: 45 minutes Audience: Founding Director + technical/operations team

“Before I show you the platform, let me share some numbers your clients live with every day:

A DMRE Section 54 stoppage costs R500,000 to R2,000,000 per day. An OHS Act offence is R50,000 per incident. A CIDB grading downgrade can lock a contractor out of every tender above R13M. A failed ISO surveillance audit means R80,000 in recertification costs and a 3-month gap in certification status.”

“None of these happen because the quality manager is incompetent. They happen because spreadsheets and shared drives have no concept of ‘this certificate expires in 14 days, it affects 3 standards, and the auditor visits in 2 weeks.’”

“Now multiply that risk across 15, 20, 30 client organisations. When a consulting client gets that fine, it’s the consulting firm’s reputation on the line.”

“ConformEdge isn’t a reminder system — your clients can set calendar alerts for free. ConformEdge is a compliance intelligence platform. It connects every document, every deadline, every certificate to the specific ISO clauses they satisfy, calculates the impact on gap coverage across multiple standards, and alerts your team with full context — not just ‘this expires Tuesday’ but ‘this expires Tuesday and here’s exactly what breaks.’”

“That intelligence layer is what prevents the penalties. And it’s what lets each of your consultants manage 8-12 clients instead of 3-5.”

Part 1: Multi-Tenant Dashboard (8 minutes)

Section titled “Part 1: Multi-Tenant Dashboard (8 minutes)”
  1. Log in — dashboard loads for “ConformEdge Systems” organisation
  2. Show the organisation switcher in the sidebar — explain that each client would be a separate organisation
  3. Each organisation has its own documents, assessments, CAPAs, and settings
  4. Full data isolation — Client A cannot see Client B’s data

“Each of your clients is a separate organisation. Your consultants switch between clients instantly. Every data point — documents, assessments, CAPAs, checklists — is completely isolated.”

Walk through the dashboard widgets:

  1. KPI cards — 2 Active Projects, 16 Documents, 2 Assessments completed, 4 Open CAPAs
  2. Compliance Overview — Average Score 56%, 2 checklists, 2 assessments done
  3. AI Classification — 11/16 documents classified with 90% average accuracy
  4. Gap Coverage — Overall 11% with per-standard breakdown (ISO 45001 at 29%, ISO 14001 at 14%, ISO 9001 at 11%)
  5. Upcoming Assessments — 5 scheduled (next: ISO 9001 Surveillance Audit on March 11)
  6. Upcoming Checklists — Weekly Site Safety Inspection due tomorrow
  7. Recent Activity — Live audit trail of all actions with context

“This is your at-a-glance compliance posture for this client. You see immediately where they stand — without opening a spreadsheet.”

Part 2: AI Classification — Show Existing Results (8 minutes)

Section titled “Part 2: AI Classification — Show Existing Results (8 minutes)”
  1. Navigate to /documents
  2. Show the 16 documents across 3 client projects (Acme Construction, Goldline Mining, Apex Engineering)
  3. Click on a classified document like “Quality Policy” — show:
    • Clause mappings (ISO 9001 Clause 5.2 at 95% confidence, Clause 5.1 at 88%)
    • Confidence scores with verification status
    • How one document maps to multiple clauses

“This document was uploaded and AI instantly mapped it to ISO 9001 Clause 5.2 — Quality Policy — with 95% confidence. Your consultant would normally spend 15-30 minutes doing this manually. Multiply by hundreds of documents across 20 clients.”

  1. Show the “Upload Document” and “Bulk Upload” buttons
  2. Show the 5 unclassified documents (Training Records, Incident Investigation Procedure, Quality Manual, Information Security Policy)
  3. Explain: upload any PDF, Word, Excel, or scanned image — AI classifies automatically

“When you onboard a new client, they hand you a folder of 200 documents. Upload them all, click Bulk Classify, and in 30 minutes you have a complete gap analysis. That used to take 2-4 weeks.”

“Your clients’ documents aren’t always neat PDFs. Site inspection forms, certificates on walls, handwritten records — our OCR handles scanned documents and images automatically.”

Part 3: Real-Time Gap Analysis (5 minutes)

Section titled “Part 3: Real-Time Gap Analysis (5 minutes)”
  1. Navigate to /gap-analysis
  2. Show the summary cards: 56 Total Clauses, 12 Evidence Mapped, 12 Partial, 44 Gaps
  3. Show the Overall Coverage at 11% with progress bar
  4. Walk through per-standard breakdown:
    • ISO 45001: 29% (4 partial, 3 gaps) — best coverage, OHS focus
    • ISO 14001: 14% (2 partial, 5 gaps) — environmental starting point
    • ISO 9001: 11% (6 partial, 22 gaps) — most clauses, biggest opportunity
    • ISO 22301 and ISO 27001: 0% — no documents yet, clear gaps
  1. Expand a standard (e.g., ISO 45001) to show clause-level detail
  2. Show which clauses have documents mapped (partial) vs. complete gaps
  3. Highlight the gap-to-action workflow

“You can see right now that this client’s ISO 9001 coverage is at 11% with 22 gaps. You’d find this during the audit — or you can fix it now. This is proactive compliance management.”

Part 4: IMS Cross-Standard Integration (5 minutes)

Section titled “Part 4: IMS Cross-Standard Integration (5 minutes)”
  1. Navigate to /ims
  2. Show the 4 summary cards:
    • 5 Active Standards in scope
    • 20% Integration Efficiency — 45 unique requirements from 56 total clauses (11 shared)
    • 7% Consolidated Readiness — weighted across deduplicated requirements
    • 22 Gap Cascades — gaps affecting multiple standards
  3. Walk through the Shared Requirements by HLS Group:
    • HLS 9 (Performance evaluation): 4 clauses shared across ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
    • HLS 5 (Leadership): 3 clauses shared across 3 standards
    • HLS 6 (Planning): 3 clauses shared
    • HLS 7 (Support): 3 clauses shared
  4. Click the “Shared Requirements” tab — show the cross-standard matrix
  5. Click the “Gap Cascades” tab — show 22 gaps that cascade across standards

“If your client maintains 9001, 14001, and 45001, they have overlapping requirements. Our IMS engine maps every one. When you upload a document for 9001 Clause 7.5 — Documented Information — it automatically checks: does this also satisfy 14001 and 45001? One action, three benefits.”

“Right now we can see 22 gap cascades — these are gaps that affect multiple standards simultaneously. Fix one, and you close gaps across the board.”

  1. Navigate to /subcontractors
  2. Show the 10 subcontractors with tier badges (3 Platinum, 3 Gold, 3 Silver, 1 Bronze)
  3. Click into a subcontractor — show certification statuses, safety ratings, BEE levels
  4. Show a PENDING_REVIEW certification — explain the review workflow
  5. Click “Invite to Portal” — show the token-based link generation

“Your construction clients have 30-60 subcontractors each. Instead of your team chasing certificates, the subcontractors upload them directly through a self-service portal. Your admin reviews and approves. This saves 15-20 hours per month per client.”

  1. Navigate to /audit-packs
  2. Show the 2 existing audit packs (both in READY status):
    • “ISO 9001 Surveillance Audit Pack — Acme Construction Q1 2026”
    • “ISO 9001:2015 Audit Evidence Portfolio”
  3. Click into an audit pack — show compiled documents, assessments, CAPAs, checklists
  4. Show the Download PDF and Share buttons

“Surveillance audit next week? Click one button. All documents, assessments, CAPAs, and evidence compiled into a professional PDF. 15 minutes instead of 3-5 days. For 20 clients with annual audits, that is 60-100 days of consultant time saved per year.”

  1. Navigate to Settings (sidebar)
  2. Show the Share Links section — 2 existing share links
  3. Show how to create a new share link (type selector, expiry, max views)
  4. Explain the read-only compliance dashboard view for clients

“Instead of sending monthly PowerPoint updates, give your client a live portal. They see their compliance status in real time. Your consultants stop creating reports and start closing gaps.”

“Beyond using ConformEdge for your own operations, there’s a channel partner opportunity. When you onboard a client onto ConformEdge, they could subscribe directly for ongoing self-management. You would earn a referral commission on every subscription — creating a recurring revenue stream alongside your consulting fees.”

“What questions do you have?”

  • Do NOT run live AI classification — no practical documents uploaded yet. Instead walk through existing classified documents and explain the workflow.
  • Do NOT demo organisation switching with multiple orgs — use single org and explain the multi-tenant capability verbally.
  • 16 documents, 11 classified at 90% accuracy
  • 3 client projects (Acme Construction, Goldline Mining, Apex Engineering)
  • 7 assessments (5 upcoming on calendar, 2 completed)
  • 6 CAPAs across different statuses and priorities (4 open, 1 in verification, 1 closed)
  • 10 subcontractors with tiered compliance ratings (3 Platinum, 3 Gold, 3 Silver, 1 Bronze)
  • 35 cross-standard references across HLS groups
  • 500 AI credits available

Adjust focus areas based on Theory’s specific client industries and pain points. If they serve primarily construction, emphasise subcontractor management and IMS. If they serve diverse industries, emphasise the multi-standard flexibility.
